The Canopy EA allows clients to anonymize and upload their PDF statements via email.

The Canopy EA involves the Word Cloud, which allows you to set rules to anonymize information such as names, address, and even phone numbers from the financial statements you wish to view on Canopy.

In addition, it is integrated with Hashicorp Vault for greater level of security. Canopy can never access clients’ Vault accounts and the original files submitted are also automatically deleted after 24 hours.

Step 1: Registration

  1. Visit https://pii.canopy.cloud to access the vault
  2. On the login page, for first-time users, click on ‘Register’
  3. You can use any email address to register an account
  4. Set a secure password. Once registered, login to access Word Cloud
